Set up in
Dec.1999, located in Dongguan, the famous manufacturing industry city in
Guangdong. It is a professional company engaged in researching, producing
and selling biodegradable resin.
Since its
foundation, through the support of the central and local governments, the
company has established a production, study and research platform with
over 10 famous universities and scientific institutes like Northwestern
Polytechnical University, Beijing Institute of Technology, South China
University of Technology, China Academy of Agricultural Science, China
University of Mining (Beijing), China Plastics Processing Institute,
Guangdong University of Technology, Sichuan University, etc. A high-end
R&D team with doctors, graduates and bachelors has also been established
in the company.
With over
ten years’ effort, many national invention patents and International
patents have been obtained. Starch based compostable resin and
biodegradable resin products with low cost have been developed
successfully. The products have passed ASTM D6400, EN13432, ISO16929,
ISO14855 and OK-BIOBASED and obtained several countries’ Safety and
Environmental Protection certificates and importing licenses.
At the
present, four types of biodegradable resins, including film, injection,
sheet and foam types, have been formed in the company. They provide
environmental protection materials to the plastic processing enterprises
for producing all kinds of products. The processing equipments needed by
the biodegradable resins are the same as that owned by the plastic
processing enterprises now. They don’t need to improve equipments or
adding any equipment investment. The process and equipment for bio-resin
are the same as that of petrochemical resin. Especially when used in
disposable plastic field, it is much better than petrochemical resin. The
products of the company have been sold to over 40 countries and areas like
Italy, France, Britain, Australia, USA, Russia, Spain, Chile, Brazil,
Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, Georgia, HK, etc.
Biodegradable plastic products made of such bio-resins can be decomposed
into soil friendly substances by the microbes after disposal. The
lifecycle of them belongs to closed-loop recycling and low carbon economy,
which plays an active role in global climate improvement and progress of
human society.
